How the Sign-In Form Is Built
Three tabs sit above the form: Phone, Email, Account ID. Switching a tab swaps the top field only — the password box underneath never moves.
Comparing the Three Tabs
- Phone
- The number used when the account was opened; Turkish entries start with +90.
- The address confirmed at account opening.
- Account ID
- Assigned after registration — the fallback route once phone or email has changed.
Order of Steps
- Choose the matching tab at the top of the form.
- Fill the field with the number, address or account ID.
- Add the password — the eye icon reveals the typed characters.
- Submit with the Log in button.
Why the Form Rejects an Entry
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Password forgotten. | Open the Forgot your password? link. |
| Case mismatch. | Check caps lock, since the password field is case sensitive. |
| Country code repeated. | The +90 prefix is fixed, so the number goes in without it. |
| Nothing above worked. | Reach the support icon in the top right corner. |
Common Questions
Where does the account ID show up?
It gets assigned once registration finishes and stays listed on the profile page. Signing in by phone or email first makes it possible to look it up there.
Is it possible to set a new password later?
It is. The Forgot your password? link opens the reset flow, and confirming a new password immediately retires the old one.
What happens without an existing account?
The Sign up link below the form leads to registration, which takes only a few minutes by phone or email.
