This page is a short policy card, not an article. Use it to check the rules that apply to your account and to test your own play against a few warning signs.

Policy: age

  • Minimum age to open an account and play: 18.
  • An account opened by hiding your age is closed on discovery.
  • Bets placed on such an account are voided; winnings are not paid.
  • Deposited funds are returned to the account holder.
  • A document may be requested to verify age.

Policy: self exclusion

  • You can stop playing on your own decision at any time.
  • This right can be used once every 90 days.
  • A confirmation link is sent to your registered email address.
  • The account stays open until you confirm the link.
  • Once confirmed, login is blocked and bonus messages stop.
  • A new request can only be filed 30 days after the last one.
  • Changing your mind does not shorten that 30-day wait.

Self-check: warning signs

Read the list below. If more than one line describes you, treat it as a signal to stop and reconsider.

  • Depositing again to win back a loss.
  • Using money set aside for rent, bills or debt.
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
  • Feeling restless when you are not playing.
  • Giving play the time meant for sleep, work or family.
  • Borrowing money or selling belongings to keep playing.

Policy: protecting minors on your account

  • Keeping your account away from children is your own responsibility.
  • Do not leave a session open on a shared device.
  • Do not save your password in a shared browser.
  • Keep your payment instrument out of reach.
  • Parental control software is the most practical device-level block.

Where to get help

  • File a self exclusion request through live chat, email or phone.
  • No reason needs to be given for that request.
  • National addiction helplines offer free, confidential support outside the site.
  • You cannot close another person's account on their behalf.
  • You can report a concern about someone else to support and encourage them to self-exclude.

Exclusion records are kept under the Privacy Policy. General account closure rules are set out on the Terms and Conditions page.
